Post Acceptance Guidelines

As you know, our goal at BMR is to build and maintain a quality network, which we believe benefits all our subscribers. We’ve put together these Posting Guidelines to help you get the most out of your BMR subscription.

Posts must be a minimum of 150 words. You can insert 1 link for every 150 words. Titles must be at least 5 words.

Reasons why your post may be rejected:

  • Spun Content – Regardless of your spin quality, spun articles leave a footprint and we want to avoid that. Our filters look for spun content, so if you do submit it, we will likely catch it and your account may be flagged.
  • Duplicate Content – If you have posted the same content elsewhere online, it is not acceptable on BMR. It does not matter whether you are the original writer or not.
  • Unreadable Content – It is your responsibility to spell-check and proof your content before submission. If your content contains multiple spelling errors, missing words (including proper use of ‘a’ and ‘the’), improper plurals, run on sentences, etc. then it will be rejected.
  • Improper Link Placement – Links must be worked in to the body of the post as naturally as possible. If your content contains links that are placed by themselves at the top, bottom, or just randomly inserted into the post somewhere, your content will be rejected. Author resource boxes are acceptable as long as you vary the text on each post so you are not leaving a footprint.
  • Irrelevant Content – Content must be relevant to the anchor text. As an example, it is not acceptable to submit content related to gardening, with links for coffee makers.
  • Inappropriate Content – Content must not contain matter relating to gambling, sexual topics, illegal drugs, etc.
  • Spammy Content – Content must not be written in all caps, use excessive bolding, or look like a sales flyer. If it is, it will be rejected.
  • Contains Contact Info – Posts should be informational and not salesy, as such please do not insert contact info in posts.

Please note that users who have posts flagged repeatedly for any of the above reasons could face termination of their account without a refund.

Most of our users submit excellent quality posts, but we hope these guidelines will help those of you who are seeing your posts rejected. As we said above, we think by following these guidelines we will create and maintain a quality network that is set apart from the rest.
